- Plan examiner objections list (current)
- Marked-up plans showing how each objection is addressed

Pro tips
- Address every objection on its face. Plan examiners will not infer your argument.
- If escalating past DOB, file with BSA. Final DOB determination triggers the 30-day BSA clock.
- Photos and surveys of pre-existing conditions strengthen non-conforming-use arguments.
